The situation
Eden Corporate Mobility houses employees on assignment: furnished apartments and relocation support for companies that move staff for weeks or months at a time. Listings and advertising reach individuals; the real buyers are HR teams, office managers and relocation agencies, who book housing for others and rarely search for it themselves.
What we did
We targeted companies of a size that relocates people regularly, and the roles inside them that handle it. The sequence offered one thing: a reliable, invoiced alternative to hotels and short-term platforms, with a single contact and none of the deposit headaches. Emails were plain, three per sequence, and every positive reply was forwarded to Eden the same day.
What came back
The replies came from the right desks. Meetings were with HR and office managers who had a concrete need in the coming months, which is exactly the conversation Eden wanted to have.
